A digital proof is to ensure the artwork is set and positioned according to your requirements.
Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you via the email system.

Scanners, digital cameras and computer monitors use (RGB) light to display colour. Our printing
presses utilize CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) ink instead of RGB light. Hence, do note that
printouts will not reflect the colours on screen as colour modes differ.

Typically, files can be transferred via email. For files larger than 25mb, kindly utilise the following options:

We only use high-graded Japanese Art Papers/Cards due to the versatility and excellent ink vibrancy.

Below is a list of our common paper stocks:

Art Papers: 105gsm, 128gsm, 157gsm, 190gsm

Art Cards: 230gsm, 260gsm, 310gsm

Matte Art Papers: 128gsm, 157gsm

Matte Art Cards: 200gsm, 256gsm, 300gsm

Wood Free: 80gsm, 100gsm, 120gsm

Stickers: Kantac Wood Free, Mirrorkote Gloss

We have a terminal at the retail outlet which accepts Cash, NETS, Credit Cards & Mobile payments.
Alternatively you may also do a FAST or paynow.
All cheque payments should be made payable to Make A Copy Services Pte Ltd.

1. Artwork colour mode to be in CMYK format
2. At least 3mm bleed on artwork
3. Include crop marks/registration marks
4. Outline and embed both fonts and images
5. File resolution set at 300dpi or higher
6. Save artwork in PDF Format
